Field of application
The Fermentation Monitor QWX43 is installed directly in the fermentation tank and measures density, temperature, and acoustic velocity. Additionally, the QWX43 calculates all relevant fermentation parameters, such as degree of fermentation, residual extract, and alcohol content, the sugars of the wort or the fermentation rate.

All measured values can be integrated directly to the control system. The multi-sensor system provides precise and repeatable measurements in real time and data can be processed in Netilion, Endress+Hauser’s IIoT ecosystem. Thanks to Endress+Hauser’s Netilion app, users can track their fermentation processes via any internet enabled device. The fermentation process can be monitored at any time and from anywhere.
