Field of application
Levelflex FMP57 is the sensor for the highest demands in bulk solids and best suited for measurements in high silos, bunkers or stockpiles. Providing rope probes up to a length of 45m the FMP57 is also suited to measurements in high silos. Levelflex FMP57 guided radar is used for continuous level measurement in powdery to granular bulk solids. Dust, filling noises, temperature layers and gas layers do not affect the measurement.

Levelflex FMP56 is particularly designed for light-duty process conditions as they occur in silos and storage tanks for solids. FMP56 guided radar offers maximum reliability even in case of dusty atmosphere in narrow silos or in vessels with obstacles. Levelflex FMP56 is used for continuous level measurement in powdery to granular bulk solids. Dust, filling noises, temperature layers and gas layers do not affect the measurement. Remote access with SmartBlue app via Bluetooth module is available.

The process connection with its ceramic-graphite seal safeguards high temperature and high pressure applications as they occur in steam boilers and toxic media like ammonia. The gas tight feedthrough guarantees additional safety. Only the gas phase compensation of the FMP54 gives reliable results in case of gas and steam phases. Levelflex FMP51 is used for continuous level measurement of liquids, pastes and slurries but also for interface measurement. The measurement is not affected by changing media, temperature changes, gas blankets or vapors.
