Analog measured values are indicated, evaluated and calculated by the process transmitter. With the integrated loop power supply two-wire sensors can be powered. The universal inputs enable the connection of current, voltage, RTDs and TCs. Limit values can be monitored and relays can be switched. Via analog outputs process signals can be forwarded. The integrated application package “differential pressure” allows the quick and easy commissioning for differential pressure applications.
The RMA42 process transmitter exhibits a display, analog inputs for process and status signals, analog and digital outputs, and an interface for configuration. Connected sensors can be powered by the integrated LPS. All measured and calculated values are available as a signal source for display, outputs, relays and the interface.Plant and apparatus engineeringControl rooms and cabinetsProcess control, recording and supervisionSignal adjustment and conversionOverfill protection (WHG)

The process indicator is available with 4 to 20 mA or with HART® protocol. In the HART® version up to 4 measured values of one sensor can be indicated in alternation. For this the indicator can be set as primary or secondary HART® master and actively inquire the values from the sensor. The small voltage drop of < 1V (< 1.9 V with HART®) is a huge advantage especially in Ex-applications, where in most cases only a reduced voltage is available.
Display of 4 to 20 mA measured values or HART® process variables in all industriesPanel-mount housing or field housing as local displayScalable display valueWith the “Level” or “Analysis” options, basic settings can be made on selected sensors and available measured values and units can be preset quickly and easily.

Field of application
The BTU meter RH33 is used in applications with liquid energy carriers. It calculates the thermal energy of water acc. to EN1434, glycol/water mixtures or other fluids such as thermal oils. Temperature sensor matching using calibrated temperature sensors is done in the device. Potential for cost savings can be shown by using the software available as an accessory. The device has a custody transfer approval and allows bi-directional measurement, e.g. charging/discharging of a heat accumulator.

The Raman flow assembly brings in-line Raman spectroscopy to downstream bioprocessing. Comprised of a flow cell and associated flow bench connected to an Rxn-10 probe, this system meets the speed demands of downstream by optimizing Raman collection for low-turbidity, low volume samples. Ideally suited for development-scale flow rates, the Raman flow assembly provides real-time monitoring, rapid process optimization, and process control for chromatography and other downstream unit operations.
Downstream: aggregation, protein crystallization, formula stability, product CQA, protein concentration, buffer excipients Midstream: analyte monitoring in permeate
Benefits
Brings Raman-based process insights and control to downstream bioprocessing unit operations Achieves lower limits of detection through enhancement of the Raman signal Provides continuous, real-time measurements with high sensitivity for development-scale flow rates Easily connects to an Rxn-10 probe paired with a Raman Rxn embedded analyzer, and ensures transferability when used with the Raman flow assembly calibration and verification kitWith the flow bench, provides flexibility to swap out flow cells any time without impacting your process or sterility

The bio multi optic and bio sleeve duo delivers reliable, real-time bioprocess measurements with maximum sterility and efficiency. The non-contact multi optic features a patented self-aligning lens for top spectra quality and reproducibility. It pairs with the Rxn-10 probe and connects to an autoclavable (or gamma sterilizable), disposable sleeve via an easy snap-in-place design. The system reduces maintenance and cross-contamination risk for reusable or single-use benchtop bioreactor setups.
Benchtop bioreactors to measure glucose, lactate, amino acids, cell density, titer and more Benchtop fermenters to measure glycerol, methanol, ethanol, sorbitol, biomass, and more Use with flow assembly CYA680 for select downstream bioprocessing applications
Benefits
Patented self-focusing lens with automatic alignment for optimal spectral quality and reproducibility Improved ease of use with less probe service and maintenance Simplified workflow for greater process efficiency – swap out probes mid-batch, use multiple sleeves in the same reactor for simplified redundancy, and calibrate / verify probes at any time Autoclavable, gamma sterilizable, and compatible with standard cleaning protocols (bio sleeve), with reduced risk of cross-contamination (via non-contact multi optic) 120 mm version is compatible with Endress+Hauser flow assembly CYA680

Its extended storage of calibration and process data provides the perfect basis for predictive maintenance. Designed for a long operating life and low maintenance, Memosens CPS11E offers you best value for money.
Long-term monitoring and limit monitoring of processes with stable process conditions: – Chemical industry- Pulp & paper industry- Power plants (e.g. flue gas washers, boiler feed water)- Incineration plantsWater & wastewater treatment:- Drinking water- Cooling water- Well water- Wastewater treatment plantsWith ATEX, IECEx, CSA C/US, NEPSI, Japan, INMETRO approvals for use in hazardous areas, zones 0, 1 and 2.
Benefits
IIoT ready: Memosens 2.0 offers extended storage of calibration and process data, enabling better trend identification and providing a future-proof basis for predictive maintenance and enhanced IIoT services. Low operating costs: Lab calibration and quick sensor exchange in the process result in minimized process downtime and longer sensor lifetime. Robust, low maintenance electrode: Long poison diffusion path or optimized ion trap prevent poisoning of the electrode reference. Large, dirt-repellent PTFE junction protects from soiling by the medium. Process glass is suitable for the full pH range and pressure-stable up to 17 bar (246.5 psi) absolute. Optional F-glass allows application in media containing hydrofluoric acid such as etching baths in semiconductor production. Improved optional salt storage ensures reliable measurement in low conductivity applications such as boiler feed water. Maximum process integrity through non-contact, inductive signal transmission.
