The Soliwave microwave barrier uses a non-contact procedure for detection of point levels and bulk flow (flow / no flow, trend). The device is also suitable for detecting and counting objects, detection of deposits as well as monitoring of filling processes and material transfer points. It can be installed in containers, conduits, hoppers, filling stations, shafts, filters or on free fall shafts. It is possible to take a measurement through non-metallic container materials from the outside.

Field of application
The Soliwave FQR16 is an ultra-compact transceiver for non-contact point level detection of bulk solids and liquids, as well as piece goods counting and object detection. The Soliwave FQR16 is used together with the FDR16. The microwave barrier works with a non-contact detection method and can also be used in applications with difficult-to-access or confined installation conditions due to its ultra-compact design. For non-metallic container materials, measurement from the outside is possible.
The microwave barrier Soliwave FDR16 and FQR16 detects minimum or maximum point levels of powdery to lumpy bulk solids and liquids, for example to protect against overflow and dry running. The device is also suitable for piece goods counting and object detection. The device can be used in multiple industries like primaries, energy and food.

The Soliwave FDR16 is an ultra-compact transceiver for non-contact point level detection of bulk solids and liquids, as well as piece goods counting and object detection. The Soliwave FDR16 is used together with the FQR16. The microwave barrier works with a non-contact detection method and can also be used in applications with difficult-to-access or confined installation conditions due to its ultra-compact design. For non-metallic container materials, measurement from the outside is possible.
The microwave barrier Soliwave FDR16 and FQR16 detects minimum or maximum point levels of powdery to lumpy bulk solids and liquids, for example to protect against overflow and dry running.
