Field of application
The HAW562 surge arrester is used to protect electronic components from being destroyed by overvoltage. It ensures that overvoltage surges which occur in signal cables (e.g. 4 to 20 mA), in communication lines (fieldbuses) and in power lines are safely passed into the ground. The functionality of the transmitter or the electronics component to be protected is not affected.
Surge arresters are used to weaken residual currents from upstream lightning protection steps and to limit system-induced or -generated overvoltage surges.
HAW562 units are primarily used in process automation and in measuring and communication technology within the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, water and wastewater sectors as well as in the food industry.
Benefits
Investment intensive measuring instruments protectedIncreased plant availability as surge arrester is perfectly matched to the electronic components involved in process automation and process measuring technologyApplication in Ex areas – optionally available with SIL2 intrinsically safe approvalsVibration and shock tested according to EN 60068-2Direct and indirect shield grounding

Field of application
The Nivotester FTL825 supplies the Liquiphant FailSafe FTL8x point level switch with direct voltage via a two-wire cable. At the same time, it analyzes the current values (4-20mA discrete) of the Liquiphant and returns a switching signal. The signal inputs of the Nivotester FTL825 are galvanically isolated from the mains and the output and can be ordered Safety-critical systems up to SIL3. For industries where redundant or diverse systems are either not recommended or not possible.

Field of application
CCS51 is a robust, low-maintenance sensor for free chlorine. It provides high-precision measurement with long-term stability in drinking water, pool and process water and ensures consistent disinfection monitoring even at low water volumes. The analog free chlorine sensor features extremely fast response times guaranteeing efficient process control and safe processes. CCS51 ensures continuity for the installed base of analog free chlorine measuring points.
CCS51 is an analog free chlorine sensor for skid builders and end customers. It measures reliably in:Drinking water – to ensure reliable disinfectionProcess water – for hygienic and safe packaging and bottling of productsUtilities – to detect the absence or presence of free chlorinePool water – to dose disinfectant efficiently
Benefits
Fast response time (t90 < 25 s) provides accurate process view and enables prompt reaction to process changes as well as efficient process control. Increased process safety: precise and long-term stable measurement ensures consistent process monitoring and allows for individually adapted disinfectant dosing. The low-maintenance, amperometric sensor reduces the cost of ownership of the measuring point, particularly compared to colorimetric measuring systems. Connection to the Liquisys chlorine transmitter ensures continuity for the installed base of analog free chlorine measuring points.

Field of application
Flowfit CCA151 is a simple flow assembly for disinfection parameters such as chlorine dioxide that do not require pH compensation. Sensors installed in the acrylic glass assembly need only a sample flow as low as 5 l/h (1.32 gph) for accurate measurement. This enables precise control of disinfection processes with minimal water loss. Thanks to flexible mounting options for panels, walls and pipes, Flowfit CCA151 places the disinfection sensor at an optimal position for best measuring results.

Applications with low sample volumes
Benefits
Minimum water loss: When installed in Flowfit CCA151, sensors require a sample flow as low as 5 l/h (1.32 gph) for precise chlorine dioxide measurement. Only a very small volume of water goes to waste. Reliable measurement: Flexible mounting options allow you to position the sensor exactly where it is needed to accurately determine the chlorine dioxide content. Cost-effective update of your installed base: Easy replacement of CCA250 thanks to identical dimensions.
