Field of application
Specially designed for applications where small size of the probe and light weight are crucial. The TMS21 can be highly customized due to its versatility. It can monitor the temperature on a very high number of points along a line just by using one process connection. It is composed of several low diameters thermocouples protected by one overall primary tube thermowell. Two different product configurations are available, with or without flexible upper thermowell-hose (for axial centering).

Field of application
Measuring points with extremely high process temperatures require these special thermometers with ceramic thermowells and thermocouples made from special metals, such as platinum and rhodium. The thermowell made from ceramic materials serves as protection from mechanical and chemical damages in the process and increases the life span of the used sensors. This leads to: Cost savings for maintenance of the measuring point, quality improvements of the products and increased plant safety.

The TAF12S are assemblies with single ceramic protection tubes, designed specifically for applications such as ceramic baking ovens, brickworks, porcelain production and glass industries. They contain a single or double TC insert in ceramic insulators. Process temperatures: up to +1700 °C (+3092 °F)

Benefits
Long lifetime by usage of innovative thermowell materials with increased wear and chemical resistanceLong term stable measurement due to sensor protection with non-porous materialsFlexible product selection by modular designOptimized life cycle costs by means of replaceable spare parts

Field of application
The protection tube is used to match RTD thermometers, such as TST414 from Endress+Hauser, to protect the insert from chemical corrosion. It has a locking screw to fasten the thermometer in place and allows an easy replacement of the thermometer. Due to the reduced wall thickness, it is suggested to use it in processes with slow or medium process flow velocity.

TA414 is used to match RTD thermometers, as TST414, to protect the probe from chemical corrosion. The locking screw fastens the thermometer in place and allows an easy replacement of the thermometer.Due to the reduced wall thickness, it is suggested to use TA414 in processes where no strong flow is present.

Field of application
The HAW569 surge arrester is used to protect electronic components in field devices from being destroyed. It ensures that overvoltage surges which occur in signal cables (e.g. 4 to 20 mA), in communication lines of Field buses (HART, PA, FF) and in power lines are safely passed into the ground. The functionality of the electronic component to be protected is not affected as, using the impedance-free connection of the protection unit, interference voltage drops cannot be introduced.

HAW569 units are primarily used in process automation and in measuring and communication technology within the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, water and wastewater sectors as well as in the food industry.

Benefits
Compact device for the protection of signal / communication lines (Ex ia approval as an option) or for the simultaneous protection of signal, communication and supply lines (Ex d approval as an option)Optionally available with SIL2 intrinsically safe approvals
